Dr Oliver has been my Dr ever since he arrived in Uckfield, since I sadly lost my husband, 18yrs ago . He's so thoughtful, caring and sincere and does his utmost to help.In all the years he's been my Dr I have never heard anyone say a bad word against him. Although my family have grown up and moved away he ALWAYS enquires after them during my consultation. I want him to remain in Uckfield as he's the best Dr ever.

I have total trust in James Oliver. He has always had time to listen to my problems and health , and of my Husband and Family, before making diagnosis and descision. To this date he has never put a foot wrong. He always explains the problem and its' solution. If there are side effects he explains them. He has always kept me in the loop with new developments. As a rheumatoid and osteo arthritic I do suffer 'flare-up's and he has always responded almost immediately to my calls. With my Husband's strokes he has been a comfort and a friend, helping as he can both to myself and my Husband. It seems that for everyone he listens, has time however late, and always cares. I never take him for granted, but truly believe that he will be there when needed.

Dr Oliver has been my GP since he moved to uckfield, he has helped me through some terrible times and my illnesses and always had the time for me and my family rather than writing a perscription and handing it out to get rid of you like some do. He was fantastic when i was in hospital in london for 6 months and helped organise for me to come nearer home to ease the trauma my family and myself were going through and was even there to great me when i returned and fed me my yoghurt, these little things are the things that make him so special.

The best doctor that I have ever had. He is caring, a very good doctor who goes out of his way to help his patients and nothing is too much trouble for him when it comes to his patients.

My family and I have been with Dr Oliver since he joined the Meads Surgery. He has always been there for us and always willing to listen and go that extra mile to help and support us! I could ask no more of a GP. I think the word is 'trust' and that is so important in a GP and I know I have that with Dr Oliver!
